How do I become an Urban Outdoor stockist?

Is there a minimum order?
No, there's no minimum order. South Australian orders over $900 get free shipping. For interstate orders we recommend ordering a pallet's worth of stock, which protects the pots better in freight.
How long does delivery take?
South Australian orders usually arrive in 2 business days. Interstate orders take about 10 to 14 business days, depending on location and freight availability.
What are the pots made from? Are they weatherproof?
They're made from a fibre clay composite that includes magnesium chloride and fibreglass. They're UV stable and light for their size, so they suit balconies, courtyards and indoor or outdoor spaces. We recommend sealing the inside with a waterproof sealant so they last longer.
Who handles warranty claims and returns from my customers?
