These terms apply when you use urban-outdoor.com.au. The website is run by Next Generation Products Pty Ltd. By using it, you agree to these terms.

We don't sell through this website

You can't order or pay for anything on this website. Urban Outdoor pots are sold through independent garden centres, and each garden centre sets its own prices, stock, delivery and returns. When you buy a pot, you buy it from the garden centre, on its terms.

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our warranty is in addition to those rights.

Product information

• Sizes are in centimetres and are approximate. They can vary slightly from batch to batch.
• Colours look different on different screens, and fibre clay finishes vary a little between pots. If the exact colour matters, see the pot at a garden centre before you buy.
• Photos. Some photos show pots in styled settings created for this website, to give you ideas. The pot shapes and colours match the range, but the settings and plants are illustrations, not photos of a real home.
• Plant suggestions on product pages and in the plant guide are general ideas. Your garden centre can advise on what will grow well where you are.

We try to keep product information accurate and up to date, and we may change the range, colours or sizes at any time.

Garden centre details

The garden centre details on this website, including which centres carry which pots, come from our records and can change. Call the garden centre before you visit to check that they have the pot and colour you want in stock.

Using our content

The text, photos, logos and design of this website belong to Next Generation Products Pty Ltd or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links to any page. Please don't copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without asking us first. Garden centres that stock Urban Outdoor can ask us for product photos.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to other websites, such as garden centres' own sites and Google Maps. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
